The villages
- Eze: a hilltop village of narrow cobbled streets, perfumeries, art galleries and the ruins of a medieval castle. The Eze Exotic Garden at the top has some of the best views on the coast.
- Peille: a hidden village with medieval chapels, cobblestone streets and an old castle more than 600 meters up, surrounded by mountain views.
- Sainte-Agnès: reached by a dramatic mountain road through forests and cliffs, it is the highest coastal village in Europe. From the top you see the Mediterranean, the remains of a historic castle and a Maginot Line fort.
